When working independently, clients have included: various types of health practices and health services; university academic research groups and faculty areas; the Department of Education—Tasmania; the Hobart City Council; the Migrant Resource Centre—Tasmania; and not-for-profit and independent arts organisations and groups.

I choose to work with people and projects that are aligned with my environmental, social, and cultural ethics. I am trained in and practice socio-environmental design. This brings together my environmental sustainable design experience with my knowledge and work in human and health geography areas. I advocate for design to be an agent for facilitating collaborative approaches between humans and non-humans and environments using ecological management techniques and public health strategies.
